IMPEACH PRESIDENT BUSH and VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY

I believe both the President and Vice President have committed crimes against the people of this nation and should be removed from office as quickly as the process of impeachment and trial before the United States Senate will allow.

I charge that the President and his Vice President with the following crimes against the people of America :

1.   He has repeatedly failed to take action to defend the borders of this country against the hordes of illegal aliens pouring across by the thousands each day. This is a clear violation of article 4, section 4 of the Constitution of the United States. Read more...

2.   He has committed treason against this country by conspiring with the leaders of a foreign nation (Israel) to commit this nation’s armed forces to fight a war on that nation’s behalf, without obtaining a formal declaration of war from the Congress as required by the U.S. Constitution.

3.   He has entered into trade treaties with third world nations resulting in the loss of millions of American jobs inflicting great hardship upon millions of American families.

4.   He has repeatedly violated the rights of American citizens – declaring anyone who opposes his criminal conduct as “an enemy combatant,” subject to arbitrary arrest and confinement in a prison without formal charges being brought. This is a clear violation of the “equal protection,” clause of the 14^th amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

5.   He has endangered the entire national economy by failing to use his executive power of the presidential veto as a means to cut down on wasteful federal spending programs. Not once has he used the veto to reduce the burden of the tax and spend government on the people of this nation.

For these reasons, this President and his Vice President are deserving of the process of impeachment by the House and trial by the Senate and removal from office upon conviction of these crimes.

If America is to survive and prosper, Bush and Cheney must go and take with them their corrupt, Neo-Conservative Kosher-approved cohorts.
